International Coverage

We currently ship to many countries worldwide. If your country does not appear during checkout, please contact us to confirm shipping availability.


Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (Paraguay): 2-4 business days.

  • International Shipping: 5-10 business days (times may vary depending on destination and customs processes).

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping times are calculated from the moment your order is confirmed.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide.

However, please note that customs duties, taxes, or local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be covered by the recipient.

Customs policies vary, so we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid unexpected fees. DAMA cannot assume or refund these charges if imposed by your country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.


Returns & Claims

Perfumes and Cosmetics

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for perfumes or other cosmetic products once opened or used.

We will only process claims in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during shipping.

  • Shipping error (incorrect product).

  • Defective product.


Deadline for Submitting Claims

You must notify us of any issue within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your claim, please contact us at service@shopnadiaferreira.com and include:

  • Order number.

  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or shipping error.

  • A brief description of the issue.


Claims Process

  • Prior Authorization: All claims are subject to review and approval by our customer service team.

  • Evaluation: We will review the information and evidence provided to validate the claim.

  • Resolution: If applicable, we will either:

    • Issue a full refund, or

    • Send a replacement product.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for your purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exceptions

Products purchased during promotions or final sales may not be eligible for claims, except in cases of defect or shipping error. DAMA reserves the right to reject claims that do not comply with our policy.
